Fueled by protests, city officials host second DCP listening session

Corpus Christi residents voiced serious concerns about the city’s proposed drought contingency plan during a listening session at City Hall, highlighting the disparity between industrial and residential water use.

Protesters, including members of For the Greater Good, demanded policy changes such as ending low industrial water fees. City officials acknowledged the concerns but offered only minimal changes.
